Anyway, like I mentioned earlier, I have quite a number of hauls to blog about and I'm gonna do them separately cuz it'll be neater and more organised that way. It'll also look like I have more make up entries ;) Haha.

The Robinsons Expo Sale was on from 5-15 Nov and I was there on the first day. I was kinda disappointed though, because the make up section was really limited and they didn't have many brands. They didn't even have Maybelline!! Not that I'm a big fan but it's one of my favourite drugstore brands. I love the mascaras they carry. So, being there on the first day, it wasn't really crowded. The cashier counter queue moved pretty fast too. According to my friends who went on subsequent days, the queue was mad long and they ended up not buying anything.

The John Little Expo Sale is on from 18-29 Nov so don't say I didn't inform you guys beforehand! (this is to make up for not telling you all about the Robinsons one).

Here are some of the items I bought from the sale. Honestly not very interesting, but I took some pictures for blogging purposes so here they are:

The best I've used so far. The pad really stays dry and it's ultra thin. :D so comfy. Hehe. Okay enough girl talk.

L'oreal Gentle Lip and Eye make up remover (i bought 2) S$13.90 - 20% - 20 % : $8.90

HiChew Lychee: 4 for S$2.10 (~ 1 for S$0.525!! dirt cheap. about the same price as Taiwan. fyi 7-11 sells one for $1.70 or so)

Za Wide Eyes Mascara in Violet: S$12.70 (U.P. S$19.90) <--sorry to say this but this mascara sucks.

Za Concealer: S$8.90 (U.P. S$13.90) <--i've been buying lots of concealer these days... see my upcoming hauls

Basically I saved lots of money from the sale and I just wanna say that I LOVE SALES and I hope the John Little sale will be better than the Robinsons one (in terms of make up variety) ^^

my uncle just turned 21. haha. he's like our dad sometimes. just now i was talking to him and i accidentally called him daddy cos i was too excited about something i was gonna say. he's the one who always brings us out for dinner. he's the one who tells me that i'm terrible for getting drunk (i must explain here, it was ONLY THAT ONE TIME) and that if i ever got drunk again (keywords: IF I EVER) even at 4am to just ring him and he'll come pick me up. he's the one who tells my sister and i that if he was our father he'd be very proud of us. at the same time, he's the one who always jokes that after graduation, my sister shall work at 7-11 while i work at Cheers. -_- but then, he's the one we love, unconditionally (the term "unconditional" could take various forms and degrees/extents. i guess i can say so because i would die for him. i wouldnt die for any of my ex boyfriends because.. hmm i guess in my defense i tried to love them unconditionally but nothing is within my control eventually really. we'll save this for another day if you guys wanna know!)

we went to our favvvvvvvvvvvvvv, Azur at Crowne Plaza AGAIN. hehehe. it's my 4th or 5th time there! awesome food, awesome service, my uncle loved it. trust us to bring him to such a good place! ;) he said it was even better than The Line, because the price is more reasonable and the variety is equally good. you guys really should try! only $46+++ for weekdays. it's $52+++ for weekends but there's lobster :D 

the food is as awesome as it looks. i am stuffed! the crayfish isnt as good as lobsters.... but its okay i guess. my uncle finds it disgusting that i put a chocolate cake right beside savoury items like noodles. how traditional and unimaginative!

this is what i wore today. didnt really wanna dress up cos the airport's so near! so just wore a black dress and threw my gaudy but lovely woollen sweater on and didnt wanna bother about my fringe so i wore a hairband from japan ^^ didnt put eyeshadow when i went out but when i came back i thought i could do an EOTD but my camera fails me, sorry dears

i always stand on my treadmill when i am taking pictures with this mirror in my house! haha

my mom said i wore my hairband wrong, like its supposed to hang higher on my head. it looks like its slipping off, to her. well all i can say is the lower the better cos i dont like my high forehead! :( last time at a shoot, the hairstylist wanted to bunch my fringe up but i kept tugging it down self-consciously and he said (i dont know if he was mocking me boohoo) "why you want so much fringe? your forehead very nice what" - well i guess he was mocking me cos he giggled. EVIL!!!!!!!!

 sorry for my sudden influx of collages. its just that we have to keep taking many shots for blogging purposes and more variety. and then we'll like scan through and pick the better ones. but now i cant be bothered to resize all and blah so i just collate everything like that. Anna taught me. it's hell easy! yay for lazy bums like me. (and her :P:P)

just a mini update as i'm studying in the guest room at home. life has been okay.. shitty on some days, good on the others. cant always have your cake and eat it i suppose. my mom's surgery during mid week last week went well. i'm so thankful for that. tried calling my grandma just now but she didnt pick up. maybe she's gone to the market! which might be an indication of her better health, so i hope things are good.

my dad is home in sg this entire week. he's been real nice this week. he bought hairy crabs from shanghai cos i jokingly said "PLEASE buy some hairy crabs when u get back!!" before he left and so he did, even though he said "very difficult to carry home la.. no." heeheee :D hairy crabs dont have much crab meat but they're full of roe! which i'd never taken a liking to until recently. it tastes awesome :-) the other day my dad bought this coconut bread which i tried and found to be amazing so i finished his packet and he bought 2 packs home last night! he doesnt usually buy food home on weeknights, only on weekends.

i feel happy this week. i met my best friend too! :D and am meeting anna on the 7th ^^ k la still long more (ps babe u can blog about your makeup dont be silly!!!! it's nice for makeup lovers to see a makeup post instead of tau huay only right? ;))

i just hoped to share my bit of joy with you readers, cos i feel like my entries have become pretty moody/depressing recently. it's nice to see so many people visit our blog nowadays. when we started out, we managed only 80 on good days. now it's 300! 300 unique visitors but 400+ hits on average.

When she was older. 1 year old I think?

She loves sleeping on my bed but my mom hates it. She says that her fur will fly all over and give me sinus problems. But I've gotten so used to sleeping with Gucci that it feels weird (albeit more spacious ;) ) going to bed without her. She's sleeping on my bed as I type this now. So cute and angelic ^^

Eating treats. So cute and ladylike! How can anyone not love her??

Haha. This was when I braided the fur on her tail. It's not cruel in any sense. It wasn't painful for sure and I took out the braids after taking pictures. She was so amused by it too :)
